-10 stars This guy is a crook. I live in Hawaii. I called him because I had an outstanding warrant in yolo county. He said he would take care of it. I paid him over 200 dollars. A couple of days later he said he only works out of Sacramento county. I asked for a refund and he said no problem. He said he cannot refund my card, and he would send me a check by mail. Well it's been over a month now and no check. He does not return my calls. And the office says I have to contact him directly. My advice would be careful with this guy my experience has been really shady.
