Horrible experience, very unprofessional and only interested in making money off of my terrible family tragedy. Very dishonest and uncaring. Please don't waste your time here.

The only reason these people are getting one star is so I can write this review. This attorney didn't execute any of the plans we had discussed, or even depose the plaintiff. She told me I should take their settlement offer because it was a good deal for me. Basically it would've been me forfeiting the case. She did not believe in me or have my back. Cochran took me into his office and told me they weren't representing me anymore because I was a liar. Unbelievable.

I am really disappointed that Rachel Erickson did not advise Allie Van Dyke of her legal rights when Allie's father, Jeff Van Dyke EVICTED HER ILLEGALLY and without proper notice from 1470 Felta Lane Ranch in Healdsburg, California. The fact that she is MENTALLY ILL and too fearful to be honest about her father is no excuse. Mentally ill people have rights too. Just because someone can not afford better legal representation does not mean they should not be properly advised of their rights.
