Doctor Holland

I can highly recommend this lawyer. She has a lot of experience and knows her way around elder care in a way that is really reassuring. She has great interpersonal skills in dealing with delicate topics.

My mother was very comfortable with Tricia. However, Tricia ignored some very important instructions she was given before my mother's passing away. In doing this, Tricia's failure to comply greatly played into Tricia seating herself into a position of being able to obtain large sums of money from the estate of my dead mother, through the promulgation of what are basically dishonest untruths, and essentially miserable lies which amount to thievery.
In addition, having been approached by my mother before her passing. The wishes she approached Tricia with to name myself as trustee of that estate, were met with a different suggestion, involving a completely unrealistic breakdown of fees, and what was largely ill advice involving "undue influence". Yet unbeknownst to Tricia Shindledecer at the time, I had given my mother the funds to cover any legal fees she might incur. That being the case I was very well versed in other aspects of what my mom's wishes truly were. Yet once again a failure to adhere to those wishes greatly played into Tricia Shindledecker's benefit, providing her with more ample opportunities to profit through her horrible fake-ness, insincere charm, and supposed sense of integrity, as if she's actually guided by anything slightly resembling a moral compass.
I know she's rather convincing at times. Yet there's been occasions where Tricia's approximations of the truth, and justification for her actions have been met with disbelief, reprieve, admonishment, and I believe dismissal. That being from what I can gather, must have been the case concerning Tricia's dismal conduct, resulting in her dismissal from the Law Ofices of Anderson Zeigler. This just within a month after a heinous incident she was involved in while still employed there. I will spare you the details, but, the receptionist at Anderson Zeigler, claimed she "was not at liberty to discuss the nature of that matter" which leads me to strengthen a mere belief, into a more solid knowledge that Tricia surely didn't leave A-Z, on the best of terms. At least the Law Offices of Anderson Zeigler, have a sense of righteousness, aligning with the necessitated ethics, along with the strength of intestinal fortitude, required thereof. For it is no walk in the park dealing with the hysterics or usage of thug like tactics of a woman who gets angered to the extent of seeking out revenge when merely asked to exhibit the qualities of truth and honesty her job title demands.
So if you find yourself venturing down that Estate Path to Tricia'$ office? Best advice in the world is to turn around and run the opposite way. I imagine if you leave bread crumbs to find your way back, ala Hansel and Grettle, I'd surely be surprised if even the bread crumbs remained and weren't gathered up in that stingy fashion I've been conditioned to expect of Tricia. It's really that bad RUN RUN AWAY WHILE YOU STILL HAVE THE CHANCE!!!!!!!
