Jonathan Osler impressed us considerably during our initial consultation to update our Wills. He reviewed our current documents and suggested language to make them more relevant to our needs and wishes. He spent a lot of time educating us about the importance of other estate planning documents, such as powers of attorney, advanced medical directives and HIPAA release documents. He also related that a recent law change in Virginia allows for Transfer on Death Deeds, enabling us to leave our home to our sons without them having to go through probate.

Jonathan Osler is clearly well versed in estate law and planning. We are grateful for his legal services and, because of his highly skilled counsel, we now feel well prepared for our unknown yet inevitable future.
