The first review is spot on. Very unreliable service. The owner says something and never follows through. My lawn was all tore up, the water meter broken and when you talk to the kids that work, the response is "you'll have to get Dan (owner) to do it himself".

Stopped about a couple of months back and my lawn seems to be reviving back

I really wish there was an optio.n to give ZERO stars, but unfortunately that’s not the case. I have been a customer for at least 6 years, and don’t get me wrong the first couple of years were great. Since then they have steady dropped until now the service provided is nonexistent! I have received excuse after excuse after excuse to the point I am fed up, leading to this horrible review.

They recently purchased (within the past 2 years) a mobile spreader / sprayer. They obviously didn’t provide any training to the “kids” who he trusts to operate it. It certainly seems as if the operator is only concerned with getting done as fast as he can, get it back on the trailer and move on to provide horrible service to the next victim. During my most recent application, I think in the Spring, the operator from parking to unload, until driving away was here less than 10 minutes. BTW, my yard is over an acre. This sprayer must have a 30’ boom on it too, because I only had 4 actual sets of track in the entire yard.

I have consistently called the owner about 1 a month to remind him that he promises me every time that’ll he’ll be out to make it “right”. To date h still hasn’t bothered to take care of the problem.

So, if you are considering a lawn care service, you may want to look past All Excuses err I mean All American for you service provider.

I see all of the horrible reviews and now I understand why I am having such problems with this business and these people. My situation is a little different and know this company under another way. One day I get home from work an All American Truck with a trailer and a side by side is sitting at my rental property (which also the guy works for them) and I already started evicting my tenants. 3 men (I mean boys) unload this huge side by side (ATV) off the trailer of the All American Lawn Care Truck and start doing donuts down my driveway (my personal driveway not my rental) tearing up my lawn and etc. They were still all in uniform! 2 of the employees I never meet before or even been at my rental. They were their for one thing destruction of property. I called the police and of course 2 of the All American Lawn Care Associates threaten my life when they realize I am recording them. I tell them I called the cops and again they are in uniform and treating my life and calling me all sorts of horrible names in front of children.
2 of the boys load up the side by side and take off throw gravel everywhere all over the kids and everything. The next day I called the company and the operations manger (who was nice) said that was the owners sons. I needed to call him and he gave me his number. I called the owner and luckily recorded the call (Tape A Call app) and he apologized and said he would come out himself and fix the property and things so that I didn't press charges against his sons.

Since that time no one has come and fixed the property, and it has been 6 months ago. I have also been verbally harassed repeatedly by the two owners sons. They come into my employer and harass me. They leave my employer and call my boss and make false claims about me. Which my employer has to pull the videos and make sure the claims are not true. So yesterday 11/3/2019 the father Dan came to my employer and I called the cops. He had 6 months to fix the problem and issues with his kids have never stopped.

*Side Note he also hires Employees that have felony records
* Side Note he also does not follow the law in regards to garnishments of his employees.

Now that I have everything recorded by phone . Several Witnesses and everything was recorded at my employer. I am now seeking legal actions for the destruction of my property that he agreed to fix (always record conversations people). Since they were in a company truck and still in uniform I am able to go after the company. I will also be seeking Harassment charges and some other things.

He has ample time (6 months) and has my number and if he lost it he could have found it by other means.

I only posted this issue seeing everyone else was complaining about the owner. I really wish their was a way for me to upload the videos and the taped call I had with the owner.

*To the person complaining about the service on their property it was probably one of his 2 sons. Can not fire your own kids even if they suck.. Well you could but that would require them to have responsibility.

Very attentive and professional

I called and talked with Dan. He seemed interested in what I wanted done.texted my address and didn't hear a word since. It's been over 6 weeks. I sent another text 2 weeks ago, still nothing.

Never even came to mow lawn.

Efficient, responsive. Very conscientious about their work and it shows.
