Took my money for a very simple case. He did nothing but continue to bill me. I waited for a year. I enlisted another attorney and had case settled within months. In my opinion the $$ payout wasn’t large enough for him just by the initial questions he asked.

My boyfriend called and asked to speak with an attorney. The secretary said no one was available, so he proceeded to tell her what he was calling about. As soon as he said that he was a current inmate, she said, "That would be a conflict of interest", then she just hung up. How much more unprofessional can you be??? Someone needs to let this firm know that the woman answering the phone is killing their business.

Unprofessional secretary. Was rude on and off the phone seem they didn't want to be bothered with.

Very please this Berry Baxter. He was impressive in court, clearly had the respect of the judge and other attorneys. He was on the spot with correct information, did what I desperately needed doing. He will get more business from me. Professional, very reasonable. After trying to use LegalShield and getting bad info, it was a blessing to find an attorney they understood what I wanted done, and did in quickly.
