Their customer service is GARBAGE. I’ve been trying to get a letter from them, for a month. Maybe they’ll go bankrupt and those people will know how it feels, to go without necessities.

I’ve been off work for over a month now and they still have yet to send me my back pay from my first check. They never answer the damn phone or respond to voicemails. And they are still telling me that my employer hasn’t sent in the wage form when they have. This place sucks and I’m thinking that I’m going to be making a call to the BBB.
