I recently hired Rob for a bankruptcy case and the experience exceeded my hopes and expectations. Upon getting to the review section to leave him some feedback I noticed the one negative review by Khristina D. Smith. Wow. I'm honestly surprised at what she had to say. Can't speak for her, but my experience with Rob was nothing like she describes. The main discrepancy I find in her account is the part about her paying to have her "three" credit reports printed out. That doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Rob and I printed my credit report out right in his office and it cost me nothing. He asked me to make a separate list of the accounts I wanted to turn in on the bankruptcy to make sure all bases were covered. He was always happy to answer all my questions and never failed to return my calls if he was busy when I tried to reach him at the office. The entire process was smooth and very satisfactory. Rob impressed me so much with his knowledge of the system as well as his willingness to listen to me and explain any and everything I had trouble understanding. My bankruptcy has resolved perfectly and there wasn't one bump in the road to deal with. I don't understand the one reviewer complaining about having to get paper work together. This is a serious deal. There is some work required on the client's part to get it sorted. Rob gave me a list of things I needed to get and I got'em. All requests are completely understandable. It's my opinion that if you're needing to get bailed out of tens of thousands of dollars of debt, it isn't unreasonable for your attorney to ask you to do a couple of things to help him prepare your case. Honestly, it wouldn't surprise me if Khristina is one of Rob's competitors trying to lure you away from his trusting hand and possibly find her practice. Eh, who knows. Everyone has their stories/opinions. Mine falls right in line with everyone else's I've read. There isn't a better bankruptcy attorney out there than Rob Morrison. He is not only a text-book professional, but also a personable guy who cares about his clients. I felt perfectly fine at the meeting with the trustee and wasn't worried about anything, and now, I'm debt free! Oh, how wonderful it is to be able to say that! Thanks again, Rob! $100 down and was asked to write up a list of my creditors. I paid for all 3 credit reporting agencies' reports and had it bound at Kinko's. It was packaged very nicely and organized. However, this was not good enough. Also, I was told it would be $1000 more to proceed and even file. I went with someone else who filed for a reasonable amount down and took the rest with my bankruptcy payments. Mr Morrison just seemed disorganized and not willing to answer questions unless I had a thousand dollars cash to throw down. I honestly wish I could say something positive, but this was my experience here. :(

Mr. Rob Morrison saved the day with one of my foreclosure clients! I am a short sale negotiator and work with foreclosing lenders to accept an amount less than full payoff when a home is on the verge of an auction. Homeowners that are behind on their mortgage often are also in bankruptcy and I need to work with their bankruptcy attorney to obtain Bankruptcy Court approval of the sale of the home in conjunction with the short sale process.
I recently had a client who was with another bankruptcy attorney's office and that attorney did not get the proper court approval verbiage necessary for the foreclosing lender's needs. This attorney refused to resubmit documents to the Court, even when I sent her samples of the required verbiage to save her valuable personnel time with documentation. Her refusal to resubmit documents cause a significant delay in the process and the foreclosure auction was rescheduled and we were in a huge time crunch to close on the approved purchase of the home. I was so pleased as Rob had also assisted with another client of mine on another short sale court approval.
