Horrible

I had an old debt issue that resulted in a lien being mistakenly placed against me. It was preventing me from being able to close on a home loan. After making direct contact with Mr. Tyler Spies he was able to assist me getting it removed & absolutely did NOT have to.

I recommend them highly! They are not just about the money & have demonstrated they have a heart & compassion towards helping right a wrong even when it’s not specifically to their financial advantage. God bless Deatrick & Spies, PSC.

I got a letter telling me to contact them to dispute and a debt (that im not even in), and the old lady that answered started talking loud and obnoxiously to me. She was rude and disrespectful for no reason other than to think im guilty, And i didnt disrespect her once. I asked if i could provide paperwork to show i have a zero balance she said no clearly your not gettin were suing you, get an attorney and hung up in my face. My credit is very good and im not gonna have them or anyone else tornish my name. She diff needs a new job obvisously she hates the one she has.

They keep contacting me even though I have a lawyer

I called hoping for a resolution with a issue I am having and the receptionist who wouldn't give me her name was extremely rude. I politely informed her that the issue was new to me and I was clueless how to handle the situation and just needed pointed in a direction. She said I called the wrong office. However, Deatrick & Spies, P.S.C is the attorney that mailed me a letter and the only contact info I have. Again, she said she would "not direct my call to anyone because it is not their job to offer any kind of direction". After getting nowhere, I thanked her for being so polite and hung up.
I do not recommend them to anyone solely because of the disgruntled woman who apparently hates life.

The worst law firm in law firm history..Waited a whole year to contact me then try to file suit against me for a whole year extra in interest because they were relocating...In my opinion that was as close to Grand larceny you could get without breaking the law .

I never once been contacted by these people and didn't know about them until they wiped out my whole bank account. When I called and told them that because of them wiping out my account I can't feed my children and pay my rent now, Ross is the name he gave me said it's not his problem.

They never properly served us and when we did get a letter in the mail we were living in Texas. How the hell are we supposed to make a court date in Kentucky?!? I have 5 kids and they don’t even care that what they have done by taking 25% of the only income I have to support my family takes food from their mouths and don’t care that this will put us out on the street since I can no longer afford to pay rent!!!! Heartless, vicious. And when they speak to you they talk down to you like your the scum of the earth!! I tried to make an agreement with them for a settlement of half and they came back with an offer of only 1/3. We are in the middle of a family crisis where my daughter was raped and we had to move across country and had no money to come up with for the settlement agreement since the state the rape occurred in has not processed the crime victims compensation check for having to flee our state. They will not work with us unless we can come up with some ridiculous amount, like we’re made of F****** money!!!! We are poor and every cent counts which I’m certain these A-holes know nothing about!!!

I have worked with Tyler and his office staff for as long as I can remember. They are always extremely quick to respond to any phone calls and requests. As a debtor's attorney it is important to be able to work well with creditors. Tyler sets the bar very high for creditor's attorneys that do their job well. I am always thrilled when I see that Tyler is on the other side of any of my cases. He always fights hard for his clients and has earned the respect of all attorneys in this area.

These clowns actually tried to sue me over medical bills, entire process took about two years, they are a joke, an absolute joke.

This company does not follow the laws of the states they collect in. They violate the FDCPA and do not properly serve the people they are suing.

If you actually show up or counter-sue, they fold pretty quick.
