I was on the receiving end of Ms. Fletcher's letters & attempts to intimidate me. All I can say is that she either can't read/interpret a contract (her job) or she flat-out lied. My lawyer said that she had committed malpractice: she either lied or didn't read/understand that there were various ways to cancel the contract in question, and stated that the contract HAD to be decided by the court, when in fact there was a mediation clause to prevent court interference AND several ways outlined in the contract to negate the contract. LISA LIES. Nothing ever came of her threats to sue once I pointed out all the ways she was WRONG. She does get her feelings hurt easily, so please keep her fee-fees in mind if you do have to do business with her.
