In a complex Guardianship/Conservator case I would not recommend Peter Brown. He did not present our case well, and as a result, Guardianship of my father was awarded to an alleged drug user. I had offered to care for my father, but Peter Brown failed to bring that to the attention of the court. As months went by I thought he was working on having the appointed Guardian drug tested. The Guardian opened credit cards in my father's name and charged over 10,000 dollars to these accounts. She also had my father's will changed. When I called to question Mr. Brown on the progress of the drug testing, he said he vaguely remembered a conversation on the subject. He does not remember the detailed e-mail I sent with my concerns. We are still in court 9 months after my father's death trying to settle the probate.
