My visit to this office last month was a pleasant experience. It was my first time there and both Vicky and Katie treated me as if I was an old friend. They were professional, but at the time very concerned and caring. Thank you.

I called to gather info on getting a social security lawer. Which I later found out they no longer do. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes a very rude lady picked up the phone, and I didn't know age discrimination was a thing with firms. Asked my age then rudely with a tone gave me s*** about my age and my false denial rate I gladly called a 800 firm who was happy to help. All she had to say was we don't take those cases, not misrepresent the company you work for. So disrespectful!
If everyone plays the system and i really need it then how do all those kids get help smh this day and age...

First off who uses their real name on google? Not i. I wrote that the second I hung up cause i was really offended and wrote the truth while it was fresh so excuse me for exercising my rights. I was spoken to unfairly she didn't even have to ask anything about me if you guys couldn't help anyways she asked my issues then my age and the script flipped and she lost her tone instead of sorry we can't take you she was just inappropriate and spoke rudely and with exhaustion. your workers lied to you I did not yell and how would they know was I on speaker no..yes I said oh yea and hung up, after being spoken down to worse than a older sister would. Even if I did yell and hang up I was given a reason to regardless weather you think so or not your a higher official of course their gona say I'm crazy I'm not sure if she sounded so cold because her age but she did not sound no where near helpful or humble she acted like f off we can't help very cold and rude not unfortunately we can't help and heres why I would have accepted that and of course the workers are gona stick together I do not work their to cover my a** so maybe you should take that into consideration before you doubt someone cause your workers all said the same this sounds rehearsed to me you are not me you dont know for fact how I was treated and spoken to and I gladly found several firms happy and pleasant than the hag you had yell at me that was facts! So please gather yours correctly or take with grains of salt you can't confirm my story but the intentional customer is always right their was a reason I hung up right cause you guys ARE UNPROFFESSIONAL LOOK AT YOUR PETTY RESPONCE TO ME

Record your phone calls for quality assurance and maybe you'll know how your workers conduct themselves duh now dont try putting me down to cover your rep! I called that's my end of the story and now your arguing more for everyone to see so take care your firm sucks and is pretty now dont argue with a disgruntled customer who was mistreated that's on you guys not I I have a right to post my opinion

Called another number in the same building right after and got humble and worthy info no where near what that lady was saying that's the most nice I can say at least theirs that
