I only used Wendy Gibson because she was part of my Legal Shield connections. She did not spend sufficient time with me explaining things such as how to properly serve my husband his papers - the correct time of courier to use. Secondly, she send my financial information through the mail - - twice. Neither time did I receive it. She was nonplussed about my concern of financial information floating through the air. When I went to pick up the information at her office - and I told her I would be coming - she was very flustered and muttered that "I was like this from the beginning". She FINALLY upon my request sent it Federal Express. She misspelled my name several times in the documents and missed other points. My recommendation - find someone else.

Diligent, capable, compassionate and empathetic. Spends time getting to know the case and players involved. I think practices law to help people and money is secondary. Raises the bar and now hard to find others with equal skill and diligence

This is the second time Wendy has represented us. The first time was years ago during a custody battle with my wife's two kids and her ex-husband. It was messy and stressful. We fired our first attorney and hired Wendy. Wendy went in fighting tooth and nail and was able to accurately and thoroughly convey all our concerns and main points to the judge. Thankfully we were able to settle out of court because of Wendy's help and drawing up the negotiations and agreement. This year we sought out help from Wendy again, this time to help us terminate a 3 year contract that we were unfairly and unjustly being held to after our children were experiencing disability discrimination at their karate school. Wendy again, thoroughly researched our claims and wrote the necessary letters to close the account, something we attempted and wasn't successful in doing ourselves. Now, we will be seeking her to advise us on our living trust. She does it all and we are so thankful and blessed to have such knowledgeable, proactive representation when we need it!

Right now, I think I'v'e overworked her on my 2ND meeting to her office. But I'm sure she is picking up some new, terms, such as turkey breeder, pusher, catcher, turkey ranch,confined rearing, total confined rearing,and driver, etc.
