Completely incompetent. He constantly bragged about his 25 years of experience and rarely ever spoke about anything except the fees he charged for his amazing service. He then proceeded to lose every piece of documentation and paperwork he was given about our case, didn't seem to remember why he was in court, and didn't even remember to ask for the monies that were owed to us. The entire reason he was hired in the first place. He literally did NOTHING. Except take all our money, of course. Then he refused to take any responsibility for his actions and negligence and sheer incompetence. Do not hire this person to handle your case. I say person, and not attorney, because he shows no legal knowledge or skills of any kind. We could have done better if we had hired a homeless person off the street to handle our case. You have been warned.

Mark is available, affordable and his ‘consult’ is free! What more do you need to get started? I’ve used him a few times over the years, would’ve used him more but his ‘free’ consults’ helped me clear up a lot of things and saved me lots of money in the long run! He was not rude, no nonsense, yes, but never rude. His wife (who works with him) was always gracious and friendly. To us ‘working poor’ being affordable and having a payment plan means everything! What’s not to like?!

I contacted Mark to schedule a consultation about a legal matter. He was very rude and unprofessional and stated " I'm very expensive , etc". He's was very arrogant which is a definitely a red flag.

Mr. Mclaughlin is quite competent at what he does. He is not the best people person and can come off rude but he does care about his clients. He works hard on their behalf. I addressed how he comes off to me and he was quick to apologize, which I appreciated. To be honest, he is not paid to glad hand or candy coat things for people. He helped my husband and I during a very difficult time and we will forever be grateful for his hard work and efforts on our behalf. I recommend his services but don't expect a best friend that will pat your hand..

Mark can come off and is sometimes rude, but Mark is good at what he does. I used his services twice in my life. So if you need someone to represent your case, then, Mark is the person you want. On the other hand if you are looking for a upbeat, I have all day to listen to your story type guy, then keep looking. I want Mark to do the work I pay him to do. Sometimes you have to know how to deal with rude people, but still use their services if it benefits you and your case. So I will give Mark 4 stars our of 5 for his services.

This lawyer was very rude and unprofessional. He was clear on his prices but very vague on what those fees would even include.I know for a fact I had a case. But he wouldn't even allow me to explain it to him before rudely cutting me off telling me what he charges.I got the feeling he's more concerned about collecting money than hearing me out or trying to asses whether he could actually help.I'd never want someone with his attitude to represent me. In my opinion he's more concerned with taking you're money than getting to the facts of anything.

I have never seen a lawyer for anything and was looking for advice and if I should have legal representation. He was so rude, wouldn't let me ask any questions I was rushed out of his office. Horrible first experience with a lawyer.

Reputable and courteous law office. Mr. McLaughlin is very understanding, and took time out of his day to consult with me, free of charge. If you need Bankruptcy advice or services, I recommend seeing him.
