I don't believe the last review at all, totally made up, a single five star review? (thanks mom). This lawyer apparently cannot distinguish between a civil action, a suit, or a violation. A neighbor intended to build a "spite' fence, totally out of code, and their "lawyer" sends me a letter intending to negotiate and settle for $$. Build a wall no one wants and have someone else pay, hmmm...? I think he sat in the back of the class.

Michael gave us excellent advice on a tricky and complicated commercial issue. His advice was sound and right on. We settled to our liking without even the threat of an attorney by following his clear advice. And it was quick. He was always available when we needed him.
