I was at the end of my rope when I first visited Lincoln Law. I was stressed from creditors calling me every 5 minutes and knowing that I was never getting anywhere no matter how much I paid. It's very disheartening to be in a situation where life got so out of control that I had to live on credit and it in turned ruined my quality of life by charging so much in interest that there was no light at the end of the tunnel. This 5 Star review is long overdue. My way excellent experience with Lincoln law began with an initial phone call to Legal Zoom about filing for bankruptcy.
They made an appointment for me to meet with Anne Shiau at the Lincoln Law Office in Pleasant Hill. My meeting with Anne was nothing short of exemplary. She was experienced, efficient, and put me at ease right away. Anne set the tone and the high bar that all of my interactions with Lincoln law would meet.
Next came my responsibilities at assimilating and emailing all of the required documents to prepare my bankruptcy petition. It was the no-nonsense, persistent and friendly prodding from William and Ana that kept me on track.
Then my meeting with Carl Gustafson to finalize my case assured me I had made the right choice in working with Lincoln law .
A very important part of the whole process was the required debt counseling courses. They provide me with new resources and confidence in understanding and changing my spending habits.
The icing on the cake of course was the court approval of my bankruptcy claim and then the final dismissal of my debts.

My wife filed bankruptcy about a month ago and today she had her 341 bankruptcy court meeting. she was so nerves but her lawyer and his office staff told her not to worry and everything will be fine. So, when she went in to see the judge with her lawyer Carl by her side, She told me she felt a little nerves and when her hearing started. It was so easy!!!

This place is a joke for what I paid my attorney should have showed up for my hearing or at a minimum have his stand in could show up on time when after my hearing I called the attorney and left a voice mail but never recieved a call back so although the attorney is nice and claims to be a eagle scout he lost his way when it came to honouring his obligations to me
