A couple of years ago, my brother and myself met with David Pastor to discuss protection for my 85 year old father. He had a preditor who was trying to get to his assets. David recommended a Conservatorship of the estate and the person because of his situation and failing health.My father also had a living trust with myself as successor trustee. Long story short, the conservatorship was set up perfectly and a restraining order was signed by the judge. I was Conservator. As time went on, all estate assets were transfered into the existing trust and the conservatorship was closed, except for the conservatorship of my father as a person.
