Ryan was such a great help setting up my Medical Directive and Power of Attorney. 3 years ago our family had a tragic incident where my mother spent a year and almost $4000 to get power of attorney over my brother who became disabled at the age of 19. We could have been saved from additional stress and money if we would have met with Ryan sooner.

There was no pressure to sign the paperwork right then in there. He gave me the option to take everything home and review but he explained everything with specific scenarios to help me understand. Its a strange scenario for someone who is 28 years old to think about being on life support but after leaving Ryan's office I felt confident that if something happens to me, my family know what to do exactly the way I planned and they do not have to worry about anything else.

I have 2 younger brother that I will be sending to Ryan to have the same paperwork done. I would recommend any one that has a child over the age of 18 to meet with Ryan to have the same paperwork done.

Thank you Ryan for your help.

I was going on a long international trip late last year, and thought to get my financial affairs in order just in case. I interviewed several attorneys and Mr. Apperson stood out from the crowd with his knowledge and a caring attitude. He understands my particular concerns, and he recommends that my situation would be better off with a living trust, as I have real property that my elder parents need to live in and that as a trustee I can still make all the decision for the assets like I have always done. Avoiding the probate for my elder parents who do not speak English and/or legalese is of utmost importance to me, and I trust Mr. Apperson will take care that process for them if something happens and that the right person will get what I want them to have.

I have since recommended Mr. Apperson to a few people who asked if I know good estate attorney. Do your loved ones a favor by getting a living trust drawn up, and that will give yourself peace of mind too!

Ryan is an estate planning attorney who I trust and highly recommend to family and friends. He handles personal issues related to wills and trusts with such warmth and sensitivity. He is professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. If you know someone who didn’t create a will or trust and now has to deal with probate, he can definitely help with that as well. But don’t let yourself end up in that situation—it’s a nightmare. Ryan creates the estate plan that’s right for you and your family, giving you peace of mind. I highly recommend Ryan!
