It's been a whole lot of years since I've needed a lawyer but when I needed one Mister Burak and his office, they were there for me, supporting me and representing me 100%! I have referred many people and hands down everyone has always been satisfied. Phenomenal they are absolutely the best! Thanks again for being there y'all when I really needed you I can't thank you enough thank you!

It seemed like he did nothing. Still had to pay a fine, still have to do the work program, still had to take the dui classes, still had to get the breathlizer installed, and still had driver license suspended ..the most important part was not to have the commercial license suspended ..didnt matter the cost cause that's part of what is needed for the job..well that's suspended for a year...mentioned to him.."that's gonna cost alot of money!" ...feels like it would have better off going the a public defender

I normally don't write reviews but I want to help others out. I hired Blackie Burak for a DUI I got in February of 2019. My actual court date was in November of 2019. Between February and November I didn't speak with Mr Burak one time about my case. When the time came to go to court he didn't even recognize me.

He misled me into pleading guilty and told me my licence would not be suspended or affected. So I plead guilty, he was quick to refer me to a "friend of his " for an ignition interlock device. I got 6 months of DUI classes and 9 days of work release and the very next day my drivers license was suspended. When I called him to tell him this he said "call the interlock company". Also lost my CDL for a year, my job and my livelihood. This was for a 1st time dui. For $3,500 you are better off going with a much cheaper attorney or a public defender. I would not recommend this guy to anyone.

If you are looking for the best DUI lawyer in California, look no further. Blackie was aces on my case. On the hot seat the CHP officers head was spinning. I don't think he ever wants to see Mr Burak again.
