Attorney Haney agreed to accept my case. I completed my treatment, turned in all medical bills, as requested. I didn't hear from Atty Haney and received no response to my phone calls, so I stopped by his office, and was told that not getting any communication from Atty Haney is common, and that he will contact me at the appropriate time. After a period of several months of I received an email from the lawyer defending the defendant, stating that they had called Atty. Haney at least 10 times with no response from him. Again, I went to Atty. Haney's office to share this information. The gentleman at the desk took the copy of the email I had brought from the defendent's lawyer, and took some notes from me, and said that he would give Atty. Haney the info.

I received word from defendent's lawyer that they still have not gotten any phone call or any other contact from Mr. Haney. St this point, it seems I need to obtain another attorney to complete the case.

I'm very disappointed to say the least, since the defendent's lawyer is ready to settle the case.
