I hired Russ on 2015 to help with my immigration application. Due to personal matters my immigration case it’s a little unusual and it required a lot attention and work. Russ has always been there to jump in, to answer questions, to submit whatever needs to be submitted, to keep me updated and even to cheer me up! He is also very organized and makes sure you have all the paperwork and files you need available with you in case you need them.
