I found Jeff and his firm through a Google search so I had to put a lot of faith into his service and capabilities as I had never tried to sell a home without a broker. My experience was fantastic from start to finish starting with my initial call handled by Diana, who clearly laid out the process and factors to consider when conducting a FSBO (for sale by owner). Jeff was always quick to respond and accessible throughout the entire process (even while on vacation).

It was incredibly cost efficient - even less than his initial estimate resulting in a significant refund of the retainer since my buyer and I were in agreement on most terms/conditions. Jeff also put me in touch with a document manager who made sure we had all the right documents pulled and filed for our city (Corte Madera), which was another very cost efficient part of the process.

We had little direct interaction so I can't speak to much of how it is to work with him personally, but in this case that was a good thing because it means that nothing went wrong, and no one manufactured unnecessary work to be done or paid for.
