Kim Chandler is an awesome attorney. She is very helpful in going over all of the documents required for either filing, 13 or 7. She also told me you can include medical bills and IRS bills which I had been told by other attorneys that you could not include. She and Lisa are a great team!!! Everyone has a different experience and mine was bad. I feel like after the fees were paid all the kinks, frustrations, and headaches were left on my plate. As of today I still have issues with creditors that are unresolved and when I advised they BASICALLY had no answers. When I called nearly in tears, I was left me to figure it out. Very disappointed. I have more stress now then before I filed. Their newest addition to team is very sweet, because the other assistant was rude when talking to you.
