A 5,000.00 retainer was paid in cash to Shannon. She wrote a receipt. The custody case ended after a second visit to court. Between the two trips to court, there was one face to face meeting, and 3 phone calls. Leaving court, Shannon acknowledged she owed a refund and would be calling to pay back the money she owed. I have sent emails, left voice messages, and sent text messages. She refuses to call me back and pay the money she owes. I think she believes I will just go away.
