I recently worked here. Unfortunately, the Administration cares little about it's employees, and expects them to basically train themselves. And should the employee do something incorrectly due to lack of training, they are reprimanded. There is no training schedule, guidelines, or SOP for a new hire. The Director of this office is rarely in the office, therefore leaving employees to make decisions they are not qualified to make. I witnessed employees screaming at one another, calling each other names, as well as borderline HIPPA violations. Working there was like being in The Lord of the Flies. When I reported what I witnessed, nothing was done, and I was told not to worry about it, "it will work itself out."
