When it comes to renting/working for them I would stay clear. Low budget and big corner cutters on everything. Their newest group of apartments Brooke Village 2 has major set backs, for example there are no dividing walls in the attic so your neighbors can go through their attic access and enter your apartment through your attic access. This has happened several times already. The walls in the A/C closets do not go all the way up so you can see into the apartment next to yours. If any appliance goes out they will just steal one from another apartment. Make sure to use your deadbolt if you do decide to rent, because all of the apartments can be very easily carded to gain access. As for working for them I can tell you it’s not worth it. Your time you put into the company will get you no where and they don’t care. The turnover rate in the company is ridiculously high about 10 months is what the average person last before they will just get rid of you. Both of the owners Todd and Chad Gill are very arrogant and two faced. Countless times tentants have called them complaining about their countless problems in both their commercial and residential properties and they still decided to do nothing. I’ve worked for them in the past and they have told me to ignore tenants problems on several occasions. To add in on their long issues with their apartments the walls have little to no insulation in them, so aside from being able to get into everyone’s apartment, you can carry on conversations with your neighbor through the wall. There is a lot of problems with all their apartments ranging from big to small, for example they are too cheap to put screens in the windows, but when you ask about them they say their ordered, it’s been nearly 2 years since the completion of their newest apartments (Brooke Village 2) and still no screens.

DO NOT RENT HERE. Everyone i've talked to says they rip you off! They are the epitome of slum lords! Everything is always broken. Even if you leave they will keep sending you bills, stay far away.
