I found out I have a collection from 2013 and this company holds the collection. I've been calling 2 to 3 times a week to work with them to take care of this debt, but I cannot even get a call back to talk to them. I call them and all I get is, I'll talk to the manager and get back to you, yet have not received 1 call back. This manager refuses to do their job.

I'd be happy to fix this review if I could actually get some help with my problem.

I lived Torcello,, gave my 30 days notice, returned the keys, i lived there alone no kids, they kept my deposit and charged me +419.00 dollars. I never received a bill instead i went to collections. I called and called and nobody answers. Thieves.

Report inaccurate date to credit bureaus. More than judgement and refuses to change. In my eyes that should void the judgement. How are you going to get more than a judgement??

It's a debt collection agency.. so of course I don't like them.. 0 ⭐'s

They are great! This is, unfortunately my second time to use Gone, and I'm always too lazy to write any review. But gone helped me with my eviction and kept me headache free, they know what they are doing and the prices are great. During second time, I had a lot of questions and issues that I constantly bugged Chris for updates and answers. He took time to answered all my questions and didn't try to brush me off or anything, which I really, really appreciated. He even helped me worked with tenants on some of the issues. I hope I don't have to go to them again, but I will recommend others to go to them in times of need.
