Took almost 2 months to get judgement and stubborn tenant removed, which I expected for the California eviction process. Prices are average, service was good, will use Jim again. Easy and painless for the out of town landlord, you can literally sit back and let them get it done but if your anxious like me you can text Jim and he responds fast.
