I have been working with Grant and Noriko at Advance Planning for over a year on some complex business and estate planning needs. There are a few things that I want to mention about them:

#1. They are knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth and have great people skills. I don't always feel this when working with a attorney so it was refreshing.

#2. They always make sure I understand all my options and potential legal ramifications. They really took a lot of time to help advise me of all different options and making sure the route we went was best for my family and business.

#3. They always return phone calls no matter how trivial my questions were. From my experience with attorneys it's an unusual and welcome habit.

#4. They care about their clients and about their client's money. I feel they spent much more time than is customary with my revisions and accommodating my schedule. Grant met with me several times in person and was patient and didn't even charge me for the extra time I took out of his day. For the actual signing he and Noriko actually came to me which I appreciated.

Grant is a hard-working attorney who really cares about his clients. He has helped me and many of my friends with their estate planning issues, especially living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, probates of estates, and conservatorships.
