There are better options out there. Wish I would have trusted my first instinct and went elsewhere sooner. Let's just say that as a customer this was a poor experience that is likely systemic. Hard to get ahold of thru shared receptionist, turn around time was long, not consultative in style, got defensive when questioned about an issue, said to my face that I "strongarmed" her about some language that I was asked to provide. We elected to start the entire process over 15 mins before signing the final docs rather that spend 1 more minute with her. Couldn't / wouldn't subject myself, trustees, children or guardians to having to deal with her should something have happened to us.
