Based on the reviews below I decided to give him a call. When I called I got greeted by "Hello", the voice on the other end sounded confused and groggy (I called at 11:00 am). I had to ask if I called the right place and the reply was very standoffish. I didn't think I should continue but thought that since I already called I might as well ask a few questions. I had trouble understanding his responses as his speech sounded muddled. He seemed annoyed with each response and couldn't get off the phone fast enough.
