I called this office three times to speak with an attorney regarding a matter that I needed legal help with. The first time I called attorney was out of the office so I left my contact information with Assistant. Second time I called to follow up on when I would receive a call back being that I am seeking legal help. I foolishly called a third time to say hey it would have just been nice to tell me the first time when I called, that your office didn’t have any plans on calling me back. The assistant proceeded to ask me my information again and about my legal matter as if she never wrote it down in the first place. So if you are looking for excellent customer and a prompt response from attorney be my guess and waste your time.
