After contacting a few firms I was so happy to find David Knutsen at the Knutsen Law Offices in Dublin. My underage daughter (19 years old) was arrested by CHP with a DUI, driving without a driver's license on her person and speeding (57 in a 35).  David Knutsen was referred by a family friend. I wish I could put a 100 star rating for Mr. David Knutsen. I can't even begin to explain how he helped our custody case. As I'm writing this, I'm getting teary eyed because I am so happy God led us to him. I really dont know what we would have done or where we would be without him.

We had the odds stacked against us but he believed in us and we believed in him. Everything he predicted would happen happened! He never sugar coated anything and gave us his honest opinion with everything we asked of him. He also lawyers in a fair, admirable way. He doesn't resort to cheap shots and sneaky ways (like the lawyer representing the opposing party... ahem). The truth shall set you free and that's the only way to go. Without divulging many details, we had a case where the success rate is nonexistent and David prepared our case and won. And I'm so proud to say we won the right way without any tricks.
