We arrived before 9 am which is their opening time. 9 am came and no one was there to open the door until around 9:20. They open the doors and the customer service was horrible. The employees then were fighting amongst one another as to why the doors were not opened at 9 am. One of the employees asked “what do you want?” and then left. She came back and after about an hour and a half of sitting there they finally called us back to assist us. When we were in the back it was as if they didn’t care about our case. We ended up leaving and applying for my immigration case with a different attorney. The attorney who owns this office should fire all of his employees because they are so unorganized and lack professionalism.

Nice staff members and they deal in nice way but always busy you have to wait long...
