My case was turned over to Jung and Associates after Berg in Alameda worked my case for all of 2 weeks. My representation was truly disappointing. My emails were ignored by my case manager and I would go months at a time without hearing from him. I was asked to be included on negotiations, a request which was completely ignored. My attorney let the opposing party’s insurance completely run the show. My attorney did such a poor job representing my interests that I was basically given 3 choices. 1: accept the low ball settlement, 2: fire my attorney and hire another, or 3: handle this by myself. I essentially had no choice but to settle my case for much less than it was worth because of such poor representation. Heaven forbid I ever need another attorney, but if I do I’ll be sure to steer clear of this firm. A complain with the California Bar Association will be filed.

Great team. My girlfriend and I started a case with them July 2019 and we finally settled Feb 2020.(they delay no fault of theirs but all in OPD traffic for delaying the report) Yvonne remained in contact with us throughout the entire time to make sure we knew we had not been forgotten about. This is one of my greatest times in life to speak on having a person who go thru life dealing with people of all walks of life. A person that's heart caring to clients that have no ideal what can, will, should or shall show up but most of all times that ruff times that's coming. This man name Alan Liang who works in this lawyer firm is compassionately dedicated to person on the other end. Giving 100% of his time to the client at all times and is always working hard to see you thru the hard times making it easy to understanding the process. I wish him a better year of he be blessed.
