I was dealing with non-permitted modifications of a condo unit in Berkeley, which was never disclosed to us by the seller. This also led to questions, and false accusations, from other condo unit owners. I had a horrible experience in recruiting Moustafa for a simple landlord / tenant dispute. Moustafa didn't care to achieve the best outcome for me. He simply wanted a resolution that led to the quickest payout for himself. He even asked me to sign case closure documents so he could collect his fee prior to the settlement concluding. That felt very dishonest, and appeared to indicate that he doesn't work for his clients' best interests. He used scare tactics to coerce me into agreeing to a premature settlement. I highly recommend seeking better counsel to address your legal needs.

Update: After posting this review, he threatened to “escalate” the situation if I do not remove the review. I think it's important that reviews can be honest and transparent, hence I am leaving it up and will defend my First Amendment rights.
