* Attorneys do not attend small claims court, if they tell you they can or will "help" you with it, it's nonsense. As a footnote - during my call he illustrated how & why it's better (and mandated) to be in pro per on small claims matters. He did not have to do that, he did so out of his vision to promote ethical practice of law. Quite impressed.
