Excellent law firm. They know what they are doing, and the peace of mind they give you can not be measured in dollars. I got laid off, and fell behind on my credit card debts. I felt bad, but I simply could not pay them. All my credit cards increased my interest rates to exorbitant amounts, between 25% and 30%. Then they started harassing me by phone. At one point, my phone was ringing every 5 minutes. I kept asking, no, begging, them to reduce my interest rates and work with me. But all I got were rude insults. Finally, someone knocked on my door and handed me a "summons." That's when I knew I had to deal with the problem. I saw Sam at The Fuller Law Firm. He was extremely nice and patient, and spent a lot of time explaining my options. I talked to one other law firm, but it was clear to me that the folks at Fuller Law were heads and shoulders above the rest, in terms of knowledge and service. I signed up, and I am glad I did. The collection calls stopped. I got my peace of mind back. I filed a chapter 13, and wiped out all my debts. But I kept my car, which I am paying back at an interest rate that is less than one half of the original rate. I only wish I had contacted them earlier. If you are in financial trouble, do your self a favor and get a free consult from Fuller Law.

They were very flexible with the initial appointment.
For the first appointment, I met Lars personally. He was concise and clear. After the initial consult, I knew EXACTLY what our game plan was.
I called two other law firms. One of them would not give me more than 5 minutes with an attorney who could not answer any questions. He just told me to bring a bunch of documents and a big deposit before he could look over my case. The other law firm gave me 30 minutes with a paralegal, who gave me general information, but was mostly useless.
This firm was the only one that gave me clear advice in the first consult. So I picked them. They filed my bankruptcy, and wiped out all my debts. To me, there was no comparison between Lars and the other law firms.

Great law firm. Knew there stuff. No hard sell. No BS. No guess work. I got quality time with an attorney (Lars). I knew exactly what was going to happen. In some other law firm who shell remain name less I met a paralegal who told me to bring a deposit and some documents so they would do an "analysis" but with Lars, he told me what he would do, and he did it. The only thing with this law firm is there office is kind of small and modest. That was no big deal to me but I thought I should tell you ahead of time so you don't get turn off by it.
I went to another law firm that shall remain nameless. I spent 3 minutes with a lawyer. Then a "legal assistant" met me and told me to pay $2,000.
I did.
Then they basically gave me the whole bankruptcy petition and told me to fill it out. I told them "What did I hire you for???" The paperwork was complicated!! I could not get a hold of anyone if I had questions. The lawyer himself was never in the office, always "in court."
So anyway, after 3 months, and after being sued by a credit card, I took my file and demanded a refund.
I went to Fuller Law, and four days later, my petition was ready to sign! The difference was night and day.

Excellent service. I am very happy I hired Fuller Law. They knew what they were doing, they clearly cared about me, and really wanted to help. When I called, I got an appointment with Lars Fuller, who spent quality one-on-one time with me. He did not rush me or push me into signing up. I appreciated that, because I was already under enough stress. I later signed up with the firm. 3 days later they gave me a rough draft of the bankruptcy paperwork and told me to look over them. Every thing looked great, so 2 days later I went in and signed the papers. They filed the paperwork, and almost immediately, all the collection calls stopped. I had to go to court a few weeks later, and Lars was there with me. The process really could not have gone any smoother.
