We sent him a registered letter requesting him to return our retainer. He ended up responding a another 6 months later. Says he won't return it because of all the work he spent on it. What work? Are you kidding me?!? You did absolutely nothing for us sir! You wouldn't even respond to us during desperate times. Terrible experience with a terrible lawyer.

I contacted Robert Beles to get some information regarding fraudulent credit card charges/identity theft. He gave me some valuable insight into how I could go about getting reimbursed for the time and money that was taken from me. Unfortunately he later pointed out that I wasn't quick enough in reporting the fraudulent charges so the most I could be reimbursed for was fifty dollars which isn't great considering the charges were well over a hundred. After clearing the fraudulent information from my credit report I decided to chalk it up as a loss and move on.
