TLDR: Extremely prompt communication, got my moving violation moved down to "no points, no school", and including all fees, I still paid less than I would have for the ticket by itself and of course insurance increases.

Long version: This was my first time hiring an attorney. I filled out the Ticket Crushers website form around 9 pm the night before my speeding ticket arraignment which was scheduled for 12:30 pm the following day. I had someone from Ticket Crushers call me at 9 am and explain the process and they said they would get someone to court by 12:30pm in Santa Clara and I wouldn't have to attend!

It all sounded too good to be true but I filled out their agreement, made the payment by phone and then waited.

The sent me an email the same evening saying my court date was a few months later but I didn't have to do anything else.

Low and behold, a day after my court date months later, I got a message saying my ticket had been reduced from a moving violation to "no school, no points" and I would only have to pay a reduced fee to the court with no points on my driving record and no insurance increases! Ticket Crushers never asked for any additional payments!

Summing up the Ticket Crushers fee, plus my reduced fee, I still paid less than the original ticket by itself, not to mention my insurance premium would have skyrocketed for years.

I'm never going to try to fight a ticket myself or simply accept the original infraction.

They contacted me to let me know the matter was resolved. All I needed to do was pay a fine and attend traffic court. I did as they directed me. I received a letter in the mail 2-3 months later stating I still have a point against my license. When I contacted the courthouse they spoke through the minutes of the court hearing and stated no attorney was present. It took another 1-2 months for Traffic crushers to fix this. I was ordered to pay another $57 for the traffic certificate to post. I asked Traffic crusher to pay the fine due to the inconvenience. After multiple phone calls and emails they finally replied stating they could not fulfill the request. Its been about 15 months and everything is finally resolved. I could of saved time by not hiring them and representing myself. The customer service is poor and so is the representation. It is not worth the headache.

I was definitely skeptical of this service. I've never hired a lawyer but got my first traffic citation (ticket for driving while talking on the phone) and going to court with three kids 4 and under felt impossible. This was the first place I called and I got a real human on the phone immediately, despite it being at night. He told me it would cost $100 for them to go to court for me. I was sure this would only be the start of what I'd pay, but here I am months later and my ticket was just completely dismissed. They communicated with me periodically throughout the process, letting me know when my case was postponed, etc. I submitted a couple quick documents at the start and then nothing else. No other fees, nothing on my record. I'm so pleasantly surprised. Best $100 I've spent in years.

Update: Interesting how you are telling details about your clients cases to cover the negative feedback. I did have a valid license plate. Only my front plate was missing so you are not telling the facts and are misrepresenting the case publicly. Nothing about your response talks about why you guys dont respond back to multiple emails and calls. If you guys would just reply to one of my 7 emails or called me back after leaving several messages for an update, this review would have been avoided. I will remove this review ones I actually get a response back in email.

Original: Very slow response after you pay the fees. My ticket didnt get thrown out and lost the case. Basically ended up paying the full ticket that was over 1k plus the ticketcrushers fees. After the court results, they said they will try to lower the fees. It's been months and I have emailed and called them several times with no response. I dont post reviews unless its extremely frustrating. Be careful about this firm if you expect timely communication and response to your inquiries after you have paid. It would be nice to get one email back after over 7 emails from your client requesting a reply. If you call them, they will have some virtual assistant take your message and never call you back.

Got my speeding ticket dismissed, i never even had to show up at court. Well worth the fee they charge which is more than fair. Always answered my calls , emails or returned my call promptly. Great team job all thanks.

They are very quick to get your money, I had two tickets with them, they lost both of them.

I used them twice so far- Once for a stop sign infraction, and the other for speeding (65 in a 50 zone). Both times, they got the ticket dismissed, updated me every step along the way, and reassured me when I needed it or had further questions for them. Their flat fee is $200 but well worth it if your ticket is more than that- Plus your insurance rates don't skyrocket.

I am giving Ticket Crushers one star for removing the point from my record. However, the rest of the service with them has been a nightmare.

I received a moving violation in March 2019, and hired Ticket Crushers for help. Apparently, they were able to get the point removed, but they had failed to notify me of this as well as to tell me what the next steps were. (They stated that an email was sent, but I did not receive one.) I then received a notice a few months later stating that the original penalty of $300 has now increased to $614 since the $300 violation was not paid on time.

I contacted Ticket Crushers to see what to do next, and they sent me a letter to send to the City stating that I did not receive the information in time to make the original payment, and that the penalty should be waived. I sent this letter to the City and waited.

Since did not hear anything from the City after a few months, I reached out to TicketCrushers multiple times for further advice and did not get a response to any of my emails.

Today, I received a collection notice for the $614.

My issue with Ticket Crushers is that although they provided some basic advice, they not provide any additional follow up. If I had known that the letter that I had sent to the City would make no difference in the City's actions, I would not have wasted my time and energy.

I now have to see if this collection situation will adversely affect my credit. Needless to say, I am upset and disappointed in the (lack) of response and help by TicketCrushers.

All I had to do was to provide my ticket information and case number and pay the law firm fee and they took care of everything else for me. I didn't have to appear in court because they went on my behalf.
The process takes a few months but I think it's totally worth it. I am totally satisfied with the end result.

The company suits them perfectly - TICKET CRUSHERS! I received a ticket the night of President's Day in February 2019 for going 15 mph above the speed limit and red light violation (turning on a red light). The officier stopped me and told me I was going above the speed limit and that I "probably looked before I turned" (which I did - why would I turn into oncoming traffic?!) but decided to add that onto the citation as well. I contacted Ticket Crushers and they walked me through the process of what they could do and the possibility of several outcomes. In the end, I did not have to attend any court dates. I've never had anything on my record before so hopefully, that helped as well! Over the course of the months, they attended the court date and fought for me. I didn't hear from them after then. Super highly recommended. Today I can continue to drive solely due to these ticket crushers guys (TCL). Idk how they do it but it's frickin amazing. I'll keep it short I had 2 driving on suspended license tickets and ticket crushers charged me $200 for each ticket and got it dismissed just a few months later and that was the end of story. I went to the the dmv and got my license back. If I didn't choose TCL then I would have had to pay 2,000 and have 4 points on my record and I wouldn't be allowed to drive for a long long time. I used their service 2 times. They resolved the first case. But second time they couldnt help . They emailed me saying The case ended up 1 point and $930 fine. Once I emailed them back and they never responded my email.

Communication is good until you pay and then it's like pulling teeth to get a response.

I was trying to get a ticket reduced to avoid a point and impact on insurance.

First they said it was a done deal, then a few weeks later I got a letter from the court saying that the plea was rejected because of the CA Vehicle Code they cited to amend my ticket to DIDN'T EXIST!

I called a few times and finally got a response. It was a typo (2 was a 3 in what the court clerk recorded). They would contact the attorney who worked on the case to get it corrected with the court.

That was the last time I received a response. Nothing got corrected.

Phone calls. Emails to follow up. Crickets.

Then months later I got an email where they just cited the denial by the judge. It didn't look like they actually followed up to try and get the CVC cited amended to the correct one.

They might be able to help, if they do things right to begin with, but poor attention to detail and only wanting to do the minimum amount of work needed, made Ticket Crushers a waste of time and money for me.

Learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere.

I hire them to fight my ticket but I I don't think they really keep track of what is going on because after I got the letter from the Court which I have sent already to them, they did not know anything and said that they will set a court day.
Second of all after a few months and 250 dollar I have to pay the same fine and do traffic school which I was offer originally by the court.
Then I emailed to them because I had a couple of important questions but no reply at all.

Got a speeding ticket in semi truck. 69 in a 55 and was worried that I was going to lose my job. Found ticket crushers using Google search and immediately paid the fee, roughly $350. I never had a traffic ticket before, and i got a traffic ticket at the stop sign near fremont which was a weird kind of stop which I never saw it before. I can't go straight, i can't go left, and i was on the inner side of two lane, so I did not have any choice, so i thought i would go straight, and then make a U-turn. Please note that they will only fight to get the citation down to a fine. If you know that you're in the right and can fight it yourself I would suggest that. They didn't care about what actually happened and won't do anything more than get you out of points on your license and driving school. I'm not saying that's a bad thing but I know I was cited for the wrong reason and I should have fought it myself.

I'm sorry to report that Ticket Crushers mishandled my cases and actually obtained an outcome worse than if I had left the cases uncontested.

I hired them to help me with three minor violations. In one, I was driving my wife's van and didn't know the headlights were off. The officer said that this wouldn't be a moving violation on camera. In two others, I did not stop completely at a stop sign in a residential district.

In a string of mishaps, Ticket Crushers not only managed to lose all three cases, they also (1) somehow turned the non-moving violation into a moving violation and (2) lost my opportunity to take traffic school so that one of the violations would not affect my insurance. Had I not hired any lawyer at all, I would have at least been able to take traffic school, since it was more than 18 months since my last traffic school. By going to court, the judge decided to remove this privilege, and the lawyer apparently made no contest. So in short, they turned one point against my driving record into three points!

On top of their poor court performance, their subsequent communication was misleading, perhaps intentionally so. They sent me an email entitled "No Points, No School, No Worries!" that claimed that they obtained an entirely different result. In the email, they asked me to leave a positive review on Yelp and Google. Only upon receiving a letter from the DMV, did I realize that their claim was inaccurate. I called their answering service three times and sent half a dozen emails to four people with no response. After multiple calls with the DMV and Santa Clara County Court, I arrived at the conclusion that I was misled.

I finally wrote an email to them threatening to write a negative review, and only then did I get a response (within a day). They later offered to refund $200 of my original $700 fee because they were "not happy with the result." I have not received any check in the two months that have passed since that email. Also, after I wrote the email threatening to write a negative review, the lawyer, Cynthia (CJ) Secula, got in touch with me. I found her to be lecturing, unreliable, and unprofessional. In her email correspondence, she had grammatical mistakes and often typed words in all caps. Most importantly, she promised to follow up but did not.

Overall, in my case, Ticket Crushers was incompetent, negligent, and misleading. They are counting on busy people to not notice any of this or to give up on trying to reach them or hold them accountable. For that reason, I'm making the effort to write this review, so that hopefully someone might read this and avoid a similar outcome.

After filling out the preliminary information form on Ticket Crushers' website, I was contacted by Adam almost immediately. This being my second speeding ticket, I was filled with anxiety regarding the potential fines and insurance premiums. However, I must thank Adam and Emiliano for their constant updates, contact, and reassurance with me throughout the process of fighting my speeding ticket. Fast forward to the court date, the final update was that my ticket was dismissed with no fines, traffic school, or points! I wish I had contacted Ticket Crushers for my first ticket! The red light camera didn't care how tired I was that night, or I don't have proper job and next day I'll be father for first time in my life so captured me when I didn't even realize what I'm doing, another thing on top of all I already had on my plate.
