Mary Pat, Gary, and everyone in their office worked fastidiously on my behalf while I was busy with both work and school. They went out of their way to take every measure possible to ensure my own wellbeing during this period, which was overwhelming enough due to the circumstances. They were incredibly responsive to all my correspondence, and I really felt they took every possible measure to ensure a positive outcome for me.
