Please review Hale Smith's State Bar record before hiring him. I was unable to do so and made the life altering mistake of hiring him. He failed to provide statements/invoices for work done, failed to file proper forms for court, practiced numerous conflicts of interests, shared proprietary information to the opposition while litigating my case, gave poor advice causing great monetary harm as well as creating new litigation for me. He does not carry Errors and Omissions insurance. After I filed my State Bar complaint against him, he began terrorizing me via computer and cell phone hacking. He has been stalking me non stop. I have been forced to call the authorities and file a restraining order against him.

The two other posted reviews are fakes. I have never had these two people as clients. I believe they are posting under fake names to prevent me from suing for defamation

This attorney does not follow the rules of ethics outlined by the state bar. He does not file proper documentation in court, he practices conflicts of interest with other clients, he shares proprietary information with the opposition, he fails to provide invoices for work that was paid for, he provides bad advice that ends up costing client, he doesn't carry errors and omissions insurance and he's a habitual liar.
