Wasserman Stern contacted me representing Park Merced in regards to an outstanding debt by me to Park Merced. On behalf of Park Merced, Wasserman Stern collected more than $5,000 from me which they acknowledged receiving in writing, as payment to settle in full my debt to Park Merced. Park Merced never received the money and has an outstanding collection against me. This has caused me insurmountable credit detriment

This has since been resolved and I know longer have an issue with this firm
