On January 14th @ 8:30pm (2030 hours) I was struck by a Motorist at Brotherhood Way and Alemany Blvd in the middle of the crosswalk of that dangerous intersection and in the end it ended up creating a 3 Car pileup. Well after hiring the Hassell Law Group and being represented by one of their professional yet concerned attorneys who by far was more concerned about my injuries then he was about settling my case, and for that I am deeply grateful for his genuine concern for my well-being and the fact that 4 months later I was awarded $7000.00 for my injuries which were not life threatening.

I was seriously injured in an elevator door accident. The door shut on me with such force and speed that I fell and broke my leg and re-injured a previously broken hip. Initially the insurance company just shut us down and said the elevator was current on inspections, so there was no liability.
