I agree with 90% of the reviews that have been posted. The lawyers the secretaries and all of the other employees that I have had the displeasure of dealing with are nasty, disrespectful, and very incompetent. I wish i could give a -⭐. This establishment if you want to call it that doesn't even deserve a 1 star review.

If only i could give half a star i received a email today telling me i wasn't making my payments fast enough the nerve i was told as long as i pay every month n not miss i will not be suspended but today i felt bullied reading a email from Jannette L Hicks whom ive never even remember personally speaking with. I was told if i didn't pay before a certain time i would have my driver's license taken n be charged 2000 on top of dmv fees this is not the first time i have had antics ftom chp n gom threating with large sums of money upfront....they are a bunch of damn coldhearted crooks who truly know the term kick them while their down.

Terrible law firm. All they can do is collect money from poor people. Would go to any extent or even lie in court to get judgement against you. All they need is a judgement and then they will blackmail and threaten you. This law firm should be blacklisted.

I have been yelled at and gotten an attitude from Kathy Hines and October 26 was cursed at by the receptionist terrible group of people for everyone having issues you can report them to the Virginia state bar for unethical conduct

Tried to make payment arrangements but they are unwilling to work with anyone. What sense does it make to hold my license hostage until the full amount is paid off? If I can't get to and from work I definitely wouldn't be able to make payments.

I would completely understand if they notified DMV each month I'm complying with a payment agree. If I default tell them to suspend my license again. Unfortunately, they are unwilling to do this.

I simply will not make a payment agreement if they are unwilling to update the DMV.

They are taking all my money, who needs to pay bills; their over rated any way ‍♂️

Some of the workers are extremely nasty for no reason. They also gave inconsistent information on how much I owe and they charge a huge down payment. If you miss any payments you have to give another huge down payment. The interest rates are also sky high. I’m going to attempt to bypass them completely and talk to the company myself.

These people want me to make a "good faith" payment of almost 2k before they will even make payment arrangements with me. That is more than half of the amount I owe. I'm a mother of 2 and have a partner. I'm the only one working and it's 20 hrs a week a little over min wage. . I cannot do it so I guess I'll never be able to get my license back. Absolutely crazy.

Who can you complain to about these people and actually get something done? I want to know how they were allowed to take over $3000 out of my checking account when I only owe $1400. I did exactly what they told me to do and they’re screwing me. I’m going to be out on the streets because of this and I was trying to do what I needed to do to take care of this and I was better off taking my chances on a suspended license. I don’t understand how you all that work for this company can sleep at night. Im sick about this and I don’t know what to do. I just want to do what I’m obligated to and be left alone so I can get on with my life.

I have been dealing with them for over a year now they have been amazing to deal with. Mrs. Ward is a sweetheart...

They have a nasty attitude and are very rude to people Mrs Clemons is the worst ever she is so disrespectful and should not have a job she is so un professional and rude I hate dealing with this trashy business

Awful people I am a college student working just to get by and now I owe a 150 dollars a month extra a month. Nothing less, this is all because my insurance company ripped me off and forgot to take the money out of my account like they always do every month. Anyways these people have no empathy and will one day have to face their maker. I got in a wreck in my neighborhood three years ago and hit two cars. Last year I got done paying one and did not even no there was damage to the other car. However, now two years later after a wreck I am paying for the other car and these people just let me know out of the blue. They will not work with you whatsoever and are just not good people.

Never answer the phone to collect payments. Bad customer service.

I was ONE day late on my payment because of a holiday weekend and they were closed and they suspended my license. You took my money AND my license. Im going to need one or the other back. This is Ridiculous. Then they never return phone calls.

This company is the worst. Clearly I'm in collections due to non payment which I am not disturbing, but if I'm nine days late on my payment there is no need to suspend my license. Now how can you get the money if I can't get to work but every person that works there could care less. Terrible company. Terrible service. The worst ever

I am very dissatisfied with this company and the employee's they have no sympathy for people who are at least trying to make payments, they're not willing to work with you. I am a single mother and I have paid money that I can't really afford because I need my driver license in order to get back and fourth to work as well as getting my two children to and from school, I missed a couple of payments after informing them of this information and that my checks were being garnished. They were not even willing to work with me without receiving a large deposit after explaining to them that I have children and can not afford it. I feel that I am trying and always keep them update on whats going on and how I make and when I'm making payments they could have given me a second chance! I'm discussed and dissatisfied and forced to file bankruptcy were now they just won't receive anything.

I have called them 3 times, and emailed three times to pay a collection. I'm not able to contact anyone and cannot pay the collection. Firm is non-responsive and there appears to be just one agent in charge of collections. Emails and phone calls not returned so I'm going to have hire an attorney to get through to them..
