I am the Sr. VP for Prime Legal. The review from Nikkiyah is not accurate. We never sent her resume to a client. She inquired about a job we were working on filling and Francie let her know that she had already applied to the firm on her own. Nikkiyah had previously informed Francie in a phone call which law firms Nikkiyah had applied to herself. We believe this is a miscommunication of actual events. Prime Legal never sends a candidate's resume to anyone without prior consent from the candidate.

Francie Hiles is a terrific representative and just a great person to talk with, but unfortunately that's as far as I've gotten with Prime Legal. The last I ever heard from them was an e-mail saying I was not selected for the first position they got me an interview for. I both called and e-mailed Francie to see if there was anything I could have done differently, and to ask if she had found any other positions for which I might be qualified. No response. They're very nice and polite, but their professionalism needs work. A friendly staffing agency is good; one that is friendly and useful is better.

I have known the team at Prime Legal for a while, and when a friend of mine was looking for a new paralegal job, they placed him at a flat-out better job. Higher pay and better environment.
