Mr. Green has talked the talk but not walk the walk of working for the best interest of his clients. My daughter paid him and when I went to cancel his assumed services he ran up the bill so that I/We could not get back any retainer fees due to us not being satisfied with his services. Now that my daughter has been appearing in court he appears every time that she has a court hearing without any other clients that he appears to be representing like he's checking out her case being that we fired him to go with another attorney.

Mr. Greene is an exceptional attorney & has provided me with sound information and counsel. Highly recommend him.

Mr Greene is beyond unprofessional ; he is also exceptionally expensive charging $350 an hour and he does not follow up on any phone calls nor emails. If you walk into his office for 5 mins you will be charged for that

On 26 April I called to cancel his services but he was not in office , when I called a second time same thing , I called my father and had to drive to his office at least 3 times and attempted to cancel as well. When I did get in contact with Mr. Greene he was verbally aggressive and many times spoke over me , 10 mins after continually interrupting me I said “ Mr. Greene you are being very disrespectful and I have always allowed you to speak” . I mentioned again that I wanted my services cancel and he said I don’t work for you I work for your sister , I said I’m the one that paid so any work that you have done please correctly annotate it and send me the detailed utilized bill. He then told me he would go see my sister the next day and accrue charges . I then said Mr. Greene as of today I do not want your service any more . He said he would write me up a bill by May 2 and then 10 days later return the money. I did not received any of my deposit back over 14 days later.

I would NEVER recommend Mr. Green to anyone , he will nickle and dime you and get nothing done for yourself or loved one.

AS A RESULT I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY THING THAT'S THIS LAWYER JEROYD GREEN HAVE DONE WITH MY NIECE CASE. SHE'S BEEN SITTING IN JAIL FOR A MONTH NOW AND KEEP REPEATING HIS QUESTION OVER TO THE FAMILY. I WENT TO VISIT MY NIECE AND IT BROUGHT TEARS TO MY EYE THAT HER ATTORNEY DID NOT VISIT HER LIKE HE SAID. JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE FIVE STARS DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING WHEN IT COME TO REPRESENT. ACTION NEEDS TO TAKE PLACE ACTION! ACTION!

Not sure why Mr. Greene is considered a public defender for Henrico County. He did not return one call

Mr. Greene was impeccable, his attention to detail and professionalism was and is outstanding. He is in a class all by himself, if anyone needs an attorney for any reason I highly recommend Mr. Greene.
