If I could give negative star I would. I called and made a appointment and was not able to show up due to family matter did not call to reschedule due to late timing called the next day they discharged me as a client (per lawer didn't not want to see me with rude comments ) I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. VERY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE.

I hired Ken Mello for $1,000 to attend a 4 way meeting on 5/10 to avoid trial on 6/6/18 so to me this made sense at the time. On the day of the meeting after an hour of discussion I got everything I asked for so I was happy to have some financial security for my son who is disabled. However, both attorneys who I now know are “friends” decided to make it difficult. The only item my ex wanted was a boat so I told Mr Mello to give it to him if that’s what keeps us out of trial and settles this after two years. Mr Mello told me No!! I asked him two more times to settle and he wouldn’t do what I asked. Finally, he submitted a settlement agreement and now my Ex’s Attorney no longer wants to settle so I was forced to go to trial alone on 6/6 lost $1,000 while Mr Nello went on vacation to Cancun Mexico!!! The whole meeting was a game of good cop, bad cop and the only winners were the attorneys!!! BTW, he also discouraged me from seeking child support for my disabled son which by law I’m entitled to under 3910 which he knew nothing about ........

Mr. Mello was very quick to settle my case prior to trial. I appreciated his insight. His team/staff are amazing! Susie is such a joy to work with during such trying times. She is very thoughtful in her approach. Ruby was always responsive to my inquiries throughout the process. She seemed very thorough with the process. Mr. Mello had flexible times to meet, either in Modesto or Turock which was very helpful for my schedule.

He is a dump truck. I am still waiting to paid for miliage as a witness.
