Horrible experience. This attorney is a crook. Once Regis gets your money, that's it. Don't recommend at all. If you absolutely insist choosing him for whatever reason, don't pay him upfront in full just in case he doesn't follow through with agreements you make with him. Pay only a small amount of retaining fee upfront and then only pay him back remainder only when services on contract are complete. Don't allow him to schedule unnecessary appointments to go over what you already went over previous appointments just so he can have an unwarrented exuse to ask you to give him more money. Furthermore, this man is elderly and VERY slow at what he does and he does it all wrong to top it off. But don't let his age and smile fool you. He's intentionally slow, nice and sloppy due to not caring about you, your time or your money... once its in his hands!

My daughter hired this so called attorney and filed for divorce under this man and it has now been over a year and all he wants is more money in order to complete the filing. She already paid the full amount and both her and her ex are wondering whats going on. Its so pathetic that he has no clue on what he is doing. All he cares about is steeling people's money. Please do not hire him for your protection.

Horrible lawyer who only cares about the money. My girl friend who retained him was taken for over $3000 by this incompetent attorney.
Not only did he not fight for her in court she had her spousal support increased while he did or said nothing in court. Every time he called her into his office she was charged $300 and he did absolutely nothing but reiterate everything she had told him. When she informed him that she no longer had money he dumped her quickly and also made rude and inappropriate sexual comments concerning his private parts.
His excuse to all of this is that she did not follow his order in that she had to pay a court ordered spousal support. The reality was she could no longer afford to pay spousal support to a deadbeat husband who didn't work for over 17 years and beat the crap out of her and gambled hundreds of thousands of dollars away from the family.
This lawyer is horrible, don't use him because if you don't have any money he will dump you in no time.
