Daniel is good as it gets. He managed to drop my girlfriends felony charge which she didn't have gotten in the first place but thanks to Daniel we got it drop. When I first had a meeting with Atty. Vaswani, he was very straight forward and candid. Says he won't make any promises about the outcome of my case but says he will try his best.

I recalled that early morning of December 30, 2014 after dropping off a friend coming from a Bar from downtown Hayward, I was pulled over by a CHP patrol officers for DUI when I dozed off in a traffic stoplight.
